What is the USB cable and CD for that comes with the LG Voyager?

Im planning on getting a used lg voyager soon, but it does not come with a box, CD, manual, or USB cable. It only comes with the phone, battery, and charger. Is that really all I need for it, or do I need the USB and CD?
